We know you are keen to get your gorgeous Harlow purchase in your hot little hands, and we endeavour to get all orders out within the next working day from being received. We will dispatch any order within 3 working days after the order was received in our online shop.

AUSTRALIA

Australia Wide standard shipping is free for purchases $150 and over.

For orders $149.99 & under there is a flat rate shipping charge of $8.00.

We use Australia post e-parcel which can take between 2 - 5 days (WA can sometimes take a little longer - 2-7 days).

If you want your item in a hurry, there is an option of Express Post for a charge of $10.95. For orders over $150 the surcharge is reduced to $5.

Please note this is not a guaranteed overnight delivery service. Normal Australia post express post delivery times apply.

NEW ZEALAND

New Zealand wide International Express Post is free for purchases $300 and over.

New Zealand is now only $15.00 International Express Post for all order under $299.99 & under.

We have been advised the delivery window is also now 2-4 working days but as always this may be a little longer depending on your location and speed of delivery.

THE REST OF THE WORLD

We charge a flat rate of postage to the following destinations.

  • USA - $25.00 - typically 5-21 working days
  • Canada - $25.00 - typically 5-21 working days
  • UK & Europe - $25.00 - typically 5-21 working days
  • South Africa - $25.00 - typically 5-21 working days
  • Japan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia – $25.00 typically 5-21 working days

If your country is not listed above, email us at online@harlowstore.com for a shipping estimate, if its at all possible to get it to you, we get it there.

TRACKING

When your order is sent out we will send you the tracking details, so that you can track from your end. We also like to track all our parcels from our end to ensure they have arrived safely at their new home, so you may receive a follow up email from us at some point checking receipt.

FAQ

Can I change my order once it has been processed?

After you have clicked "Process Payment" your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible and does not allow for any changes once the order has been processed.

However if you do have any issue, please send an email to our staff at online@harlowstore.com and we will endeavor to assist you.

Can I track my order?

When we receive your order we will automatically send you an email with your order number and details attached. When your order has been dispatched you will again receive an email with your tracking number.  You will then also receive your tracking number and delivery updates from Australia Post to the email address you supplied when placing your order.
