Please note: We will be on leave from Monday 10th of December until Monday 7th January and will not be in regular contact for much of that time.

Although we will be reading emails from time to time we will not be responding unless it is urgent.

Orders and returns will still be going out over that period every Monday and Thursday Express thanks to Rina. 

We will also be extending our return period until January 7, 2019 for any order purchased from the 1st of December until the 26th of December 2018 to take into account public holidays, mail delays and because we are away in India.

December Bonus:

For the month of December, we are upgrading all orders to Express Shipping to ensure that you get your purchases well before Christmas, and to allow for the slower delivery times as poor Australia Post deals with the Christmas Volumes!

 

We know you are keen to get your gorgeous Harlow purchase in your hot little hands, and we endeavour to get all orders received before 12.00 PM sent out the same day.

However we can only guarantee dispatching your order within 3 working days from when the order was received in our online shop.

During a sale assume there will be an extra day for deliveries to be sent out due the the higher volume of orders

If you need something within a limited time frame it is best to check with us to make sure that it is going out in a timely manner. We'll update you on what we can do for you.

AUSTRALIA

We use Australia e-Parcel for shipping. Please refer to the table below for Australia Post delivery times.

Australia wide standard shipping is free for purchases $150 and over.

For orders $149.99 & under there is a flat rate shipping charge of $8.00.

If you want your item as fast as possible there is an option of Express Post for a charge of $10.95. For orders over $150 the charge is reduced to $5.

Please note that this is not a guarenteed overnight service.

FAQ

Can I change my order once it has been processed?

After you have clicked "Process Payment" your order is finalised and you cannot make any online changes to your order. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible and does not allow for any changes once the order has been processed.

However if you do have made an error or have any issue, please send an email to us at online@harlowstore.com and we will assist you if possible.

Can I track my order?

When we receive your order we will automatically send you an email with your order number and details attached.

When your order has been dispatched you will again receive an email with your tracking number.  You will then also receive your tracking number and delivery updates from Australia Post to the email address you supplied, when placing your order.

Delivery Destinations & Times

Please note the below delivery times should be treated as estimates only. These times commence from the date your order is dispatched.

Domestic Deliveries

Australia Post, will attempt delivery between 9am - 5pm. We currently use Safedrop which means thyey will leave the package in a safe palce. If there is no safe place a card will be left and your order will be sent to the nearest post office. If there is no safe place your order will be sent to the nearest post office where you will need to sign to pick it up. You will receive another email once delivery has been made.
