And Express post is only $5.00 for orders under $50.

As Australia Post implements safety measures for their staff, as well as fewer domestic flights and increased volumes, we expect postal services may be slower than usual in delivering. Please be patient for your order to arrive and consider where you will have you package delivered so that you can safely receive it on arrival. During a sale there may be an extra day for deliveries to be sent out due the the higher volume of orders.

If you need something within a limited time frame we recommend you contact us and we'll see what we can do.

 

We use Australia e-Parcel for shipping. Please refer to the table below for Australia Post delivery times.

Australia wide standard standard shipping is free for purchases $50 and over.

For orders $149.99 & under there is a flat rate shipping charge of $8.00.

 

If you want your item as fast as possible there is an option of Express Post for a charge of $10.95. For orders over $50 the charge is reduced to $5. Please note that this is not a guaranteed overnight service.

 

Can I change my order once it has been processed?

After you have clicked "Process Payment" your order is finalised and you cannot make any changes to your order via our website. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible and does not allow for any changes once the order has been processed.

However if you do have made an error or have any issue, please email us at online@harlowstore.com straight away and we will assist you if possible.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes! When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will then also receive delivery updates from Australia Post.

 

Delivery Destinations & Times

Please note the below delivery times should be treated as estimates only. These times commence from the date your order is dispatched.

Australia Post will attempt to deliver between 9am - 5pm on business days. We currently use Safedrop which means they will leave the package in a safe place. If there is no safe place a card will be left and your order will be sent to the nearest post office.
