As Australia Post implements safety measures for their staff, as well as fewer domestic flights and increased volumes, we expect postal services may be slower than usual in delivering. Please be patient for your order to arrive and consider where you will have your package delivered so that you can safely receive it on arrival. Australian Shipping

For our regular customers we wanted to update you that we have reset our shipping to the following rates

For orders $150 and over:
  • Standard Parcel Post - FREE
  • Express Post - $5.

For orders under $150:

  • Standard Parcel Post - $10.00
  • Express Post - $12.00

 

We know you are keen to get your gorgeous Harlow purchase into your hot little hands, and we aim to get all orders received before 11.00 AM sent out the same day. We strive to get deliveries to metro areas between 2-3 days, and regional areas between 3-5 days.

However we can only assure you of dispatching your order within 2 working days from when the order was received on our system and you receiving your order based on Australia Post's standard delivery times.

Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19 there may be extra delays in delivery times.

During a sale there may be an extra day for dispatch to be sent out due the the higher volume of orders.

We use Australia e-Parcel for shipping. Please refer to the Australia Post site for standard delivery times.

Australia Post will attempt to deliver between 9am - 5pm on business days. We currently use Safedrop which means they will leave the package in a safe place. If there is no safe place a card will be left and your order will be sent to the nearest post office.

Please note the delivery times should be treated as estimates only. These times commence from the date your order is dispatched.

If you want your item as fast as possible there is an option of Express Post for a charge of $12.00 for orders under $150 and $5 for those $150 and over. Please note that Australia Post has suspended its guarantee of overnight delivery. It is still the fastest option for sending through the  post. Refer to:

Changes to Express Post services

Can I change my order once it has been processed?

After you have clicked "Process Payment" your order is finalised and you cannot make any changes to your order via our website. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible and does not allow for any changes once the order has been processed.

However if you have made an error or have any issue we can rectify it if we get to it in time. Please email us at online@harlowstore.com or call us on 0468 444 882 (during business hours) and we will assist you if possible.

Can I track my order?

Yes! When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will then also receive delivery updates from Australia Post.

New Zealand Shipping

We are offer a flat rate of $30- for express shipping to New Zealand.

We can only assure you of dispatching your order within 2 working days from when the order was received on our system and you receiving your order based on Australia Post's standard delivery times.

During a sale there may be an extra day for deliveries to be sent out due the the higher volume of orders.

We have been advised the delivery window is 6-12 working days but as always this may be a little longer depending on your location and speed of delivery. 

Please note: any orders $400 NZD and over may result in a collection of 15% GST and fees and a delay through customs.

Once orders arrive, they may be subject to custom clearance procedures, which may cause additional delays. We can't be held responsible for these potential delays.

Harlow is not responsible for potential additional duties and taxes that are applied in the country of delivery. Any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees imposed by the country of delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. Further enquiries can be made to your local customs office.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are shipping internationally.

We currently have a flat $40.00 AUD to ship anywhere in the world (NZ excepted).

We ship with Australia Post International Express.

Harlow is not responsible for potential additional duties and taxes that are applied in the country of delivery.
