Returns & Exchanges
Please note: We will be on leave from Monday 10th of December until Monday 7th January and will not be in regular contact for much of that time.
Although we will be reading emails from time to time we will not be responding unless it is urgent.
Orders and returns will still be going out over that period every Monday and Thursday Express thanks to Rina.
We will also be extending our return period until January 7, 2019 for any order purchased from the 1st of December until the 26th of December 2018 to take into account public holidays, mail delays and because we are away in India.
We want you to love your Harlow purchase, and we are confident you will! However, just in case for any reason, you are not 100% happy and want to exchange or refund here’s how to go about it.

Returns to Harlow
We offer a full refund on the item or exchange for another size or item.
Any product being returned must be:
- In its original condition, unmarked and unwashed
- Not defective as a result of misuse
- Tags still attached and in sellable condition
For Refunds, purchases must be returned within 14 days of the date of receiving the item (according to the date of receipt on the Australia Post tracking number). Please email email@example.com so that we can register that the item is coming back.
For Exchanges, purchases must be returned within 14 days of the date of receiving the item (according to the date of receipt on the Australia Post tracking number). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can put aside your size or advise you of an alternative.
Please include in the package the invoice, a copy of it or a note with the order no. so we know who it's from.

Please note the cost of the return of the item to Harlow HQ is at your expense (but mailing exchanges to you are at our expense.) Please ensure that you use a traceable form of postage and keep the tracking number. Also note that it may take up to 5 days to process your order once we have received it.
