Returns & Exchanges
We want you to your Harlow purchase, and we are confident you will!
However, just in case for any reason, you are not 100% happy and want to exchange or refund, we have made it easy!
Returns to Harlow
We offer a full refund on the item or exchange for another size or item.
For Refunds, purchases must be returned within 14 days of the date of receiving the item (according to the date of receipt on the Australia Post tracking number). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we know the item is coming back.
For Exchanges, purchases must be returned within 14 days of the date of receiving the item (according to the date of receipt on the Australia Post tracking number). Please email email@example.com so that we can put aside your size or advise you of an alternative.
For Quality Issues: What happens if my product is damaged or defected when it arrives? All Harlow styles are put through strict quality checks, however in the event that your order is damaged or defective in any way, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org (this must be within 7 days of receiving the garment) and we will discuss the issue with you and arrange a replacement or return and refund, depending on the outcome.
Any product being returned must be:
- In its original condition
- Unworn, unmarked and unwashed
- Not defective as a result of misuse
- Tags still attached
- Include this invoice, a copy or a note with the order no. so that we can identify the order.

Please note the cost of the return of the item to Harlow HQ is at your expense. Please ensure that you use a traceable form of postage and keep the tracking number. Also note that it may take up to 5 days to process your order once we have received it.
