A Note From Team Harlow xx

We have been busily working out how to move our team to work from home and ensuring that we could still continue to fulfil our daily online orders, whilst keeping to the rules, keeping our entire team safe and minimising any of us needing to be in the studio & moving about the community.

Our new arrangement is that the entire team is #WFH.
With Lisa & Angelo taking turns ( so only one person is ever in the studio at one time) heading into the studio for a few hours just to fulfil orders & complete exchanges/returns.

We might be a little slower in getting back to you, but will will 100% be doing everything we can to ensure that its business as usual for you, even if its business unusual for us .

As all but one of our manufacturers are Melbourne based, and can not work on clothing during lock down, it will impact the amount of new releases we will be able to release over the next 12 weeks. We don't quite know what it means for us at this stage, once we know more will let you know.

As our manufacturers went above and beyond for us up until midnight yesterday finishing off any production they could there will be some new releases coming through over the coming weeks, but they will be less the our usual.

We are as always committed to giving you the very best we can, even if we are now working from home rather then from our little studio.

We also wanted to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your ongoing support.

We are sending out a massive amount of love & strength to every Victorian, it wont be an easy 6 weeks, but we are strong and we will get through this.
