If you would like a little information regarding the perfect fit for you, refer to the product images; each image will include the models size and measurements for you to reference and compare to assist with your size selection.

Please note that we are a plus size brand, so when comparing sizing with a brand you own, if they are a conventional brand with sizes 8-16, you will most likely need to size down ( ie: if you are a 16 in a conventional brand you would be a 14 in Harlow), if you are comparing your sizing based on another plus size brand, we should be similar. For international visitors: Please note that size numbering is based on Australian sizing standards and will vary in most other countries. Please check your measurements to determine sizing as online sizing charts can vary.

How to take your measurements:

Its best if possible to get a friend to help you, measurements are easier to take and more accurate when you have help.

Bust: Lift your arms up in the air & measure around your body, crossing over the fullest part of your chest.

Waist: Measure around your waistline at your narrowest point, keeping the tape loose and comfortable for best result.

Hips: Stand with your heels together and measure 22cm down from your waist (around the fullest part of your hips).

Australian Shipping

For orders $150 and over:

For orders under $150:

We know you are keen to get your gorgeous Harlow purchase into your hot little hands.Currently we are shipping Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

We strive to get deliveries to metro areas between 2-3 days, and regional areas between 3-5 days.

However we can only assure you of dispatching your order within 2 working days from when the order was received on our system and you receiving your order based on Australia Post's standard delivery times.

During a sale there may be an extra day for dispatch to be sent out due the higher volume of orders.

We use Australia e-Parcel for shipping. Please refer to the Australia Post site for standard delivery times.

Australia Post will attempt to deliver between 9am - 5pm on business days. We currently use Safedrop which means they will leave the package in a safe place. If there is no safe place a card will be left and your order will be sent to the nearest post office.

Please note the delivery times should be treated as estimates only. These times commence from the date your order is dispatched.

If you want your item as fast as possible there is an option of Express Post for a charge of $12.00 for orders under $150 and $5 for those $150 and over.  This is the the fastest option for sending through the post with most areas of Australia receiving their articale in 1-2 days.

Can I change my order once it has been processed?

After you have clicked "Process Payment" your order is finalised and you cannot make any changes to your order via our website. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible and does not allow for any changes once the order has been processed.

However if you have made an error or have any issue we can rectify it if we get to it in time. Please email us at online@harlowstore.com as soon as you are aware and we will assist you if possible.

Can I track my order?

Yes! When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will then also receive delivery updates from Australia Post.

New Zealand Shipping

We are offer a flat rate of $30 for express shipping to New Zealand.

We can only assure you of dispatching your order within 2 working days from when the order was received on our system and you receiving your order based on Australia Post's standard delivery times.

During a sale there may be an extra day for deliveries to be sent out due the higher volume of orders.

We have been advised the delivery window is 6-12 working days but as always this may be a little longer depending on your location and speed of delivery. 

Please note: Any orders $400 NZD and over may result in a collection of 15% GST and fees and a delay through customs.

Once orders arrive, they may be subject to custom clearance procedures, which may cause additional delays. We can't be held responsible for these potential delays. 

Harlow is not responsible for potential additional duties and taxes that are applied in the country of delivery. Any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees imposed by the country of delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. Further enquiries can be made to your local customs office.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are shipping internationally.

We currently have a flat $40.00 AUD to ship anywhere in the world (NZ excepted).

We ship with Australia Post International Express.

    It's why we make returns easy.

    You can return any item within 30 days of purchase if the item is:

    • In its original saleable condition - unmarked, unwashed and undamaged,
    • All labels are still attached to the product (care instructions, size tags, and the barcoded swing tag).

    Returns that are accepted are eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange (of size or another item).

    Sale Purchases

    We honor our returns for items that are reduced and on sale, however during Sale Promotional Periods there may be restrictions on change of mind returns. Please refer to the conditions during Sale times.

    110% Store Credit

    You can choose 110% store credit when returning an item. Once your return has been received and processed, this credit (the amount you originally paid + 10% extra) will be sent to you by email as a gift card and ready to use on your next purchase.

    Tracking your return label status  

    When you have made your payment for your return label, you can track or re-download it at your own convenience. If you lose track of the label or email, all you need is your order ID and email address to retrieve this information again.   

    Returns on earrings.

    Due to health regulations we are unable to accept returns on Jewellery.

    Gift Cards and are not refundable.

    If your purchase doesn't quite work out you can make a return in 4 easy steps! We have a new online portal that simplifies the process for you.

    3. Select the items you wish to return and choose your refund/exchange options.
    4. Print your shipping label and mail it back to us. 

    We are now offering the option to purchase an Australia Post label or barcode in the portal to send your item back. 

    Print your label at home or take your return and barcode to your nearest Australia Post Collect and Return location (those marked with a printed symbol on the map) and they'll print it for you.
