CAN I USE A GIFT CARD/STORE CREDIT DURING THE SALE?
Absolutely! To use your gift card/store credit online, add your items to cart as normal, and when you get to the checkout screen click “Add a discount code or a gift card “ and input your gift voucher code – it’s that easy.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS I PURCHASED ON SALE?
We are happy to offer an exchange or credit voucher for items bought on sale, however, we are unable to offer a refund for items bought on sale. For sale items, an exchange will be accepted within 30 business days from the date of receipt. Please note - we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons. If you wish to exchange a sale item or return for a credit voucher please follow the instructions detailed in our Returns Page.
CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS I PURCHASED ON SALE?
Of course! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and the size & style required & we will make it happen. Because it's a sale we may not be able to fulfil your first choice but you can exchange for anything on the site.
IF I EXCHANGE AFTER SALE DO I HAVE TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE?
We will honour sale prices for exchanges within a 30 day period after the sale. Keep in mind, we’ll only honour prices on styles that were available during the sale.
