Please follow our measuring guide below to help you choose the best size Harlow garment for you.
If you would like a little information regarding the perfect fit for you, refer to the product images; each image will include the models size and measurements for you to reference and compare to assist with your size selection.
Please note that we are a plus size brand, so when comparing sizing with a brand you own, if they are a conventional brand with sizes 8-16, you will most likely need to size down ( ie: if you are a 16 in a conventional brand you would be a 14 in Harlow), if you are comparing your sizing based on another plus size brand, we should be similar. For international visitors: Please note that size numbering is based on Australian sizing standards and will vary in most other countries. Please check your measurements to determine sizing as online sizing charts can vary.

We know you are keen to get your gorgeous Harlow purchase into your hot little hands. Currently, we are shipping Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
We strive to get deliveries to metro areas between 2-3 days, and regional areas between 3-5 days.
However, we can only assure you of dispatching your order within 2 working days from when the order was received on our system and you receive your order based on Australia Post's standard delivery times.
During a sale there may be an extra day for dispatch to be sent out due the higher volume of orders.
We use Australia e-Parcel for shipping. Please refer to the Australia Post site for standard delivery times.

Australia Post will attempt to deliver between 9am - 5pm on business days. We currently use Safedrop which means they will leave the package in a safe place. If there is no safe place a card will be left and your order will be sent to the nearest post office.
Please note the delivery times should be treated as estimates only. These times commence from the date your order is dispatched.
If you want your item as fast as possible there is an option of Express Post for a charge of $12.00 for orders under $150 and $5 for those $150 and over. This is the fastest option for sending through the post with most areas of Australia receiving their article in 1-2 days.
Can I change my order once it has been processed?
After you have clicked "Process Payment" your order is finalised and you cannot make any changes to your order via our website. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible and does not allow for any changes once the order has been processed.
However, if you have made an error or have any issues we can rectify it if we get to it in time. Please email us at online@harlowstore.com as soon as you are aware and we will assist you if possible.
Can I track my order?
Yes! When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will then also receive delivery updates from Australia Post.

New Zealand Shipping
We are offer a flat rate of $30 for express shipping to New Zealand.
We can only assure you of dispatching your order within 2 working days from when the order was received on our system and you receiving your order based on Australia Post's standard delivery times.
During a sale there may be an extra day for deliveries to be sent out due the higher volume of orders.
We have been advised the delivery window is 6-12 working days but as always this may be a little longer depending on your location and speed of delivery.
Please note: Any orders $400 NZD and over may result in a collection of 15% GST and fees and a delay through customs.
Once orders arrive, they may be subject to custom clearance procedures, which may cause additional delays. We can't be held responsible for these potential delays.
Harlow is not responsible for potential additional duties and taxes that are applied in the country of delivery. Any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees imposed by the country of delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. Further enquiries can be made to your local customs office.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are shipping internationally.
We currently have a flat $40.00 AUD to ship anywhere in the world (NZ excepted).
We ship with Australia Post International Express.

It's why we make returns easy,
You can return any item within 14 days of purchase if the item is:
- In its original saleable condition - unmarked, unwashed, and undamaged,
- All labels are still attached to the product (care instructions, size tags, and the barcoded swing tag).
Returns that are accepted are eligible for a refund, store credit (for the amount purchased), or exchange (of size or another item).

All the same terms and conditions apply as above, with the 30-day return timeline starting from when your order is shipped
Sale Purchases
We honour our returns for items that are reduced and on sale, however during Sale Promotional Periods, there may be restrictions on change of mind returns. Please refer to the conditions during Sale times.
Tracking your return label status
When you have made your payment for your return label, you can track or re-download it at your own convenience. If you lose track of the label or email, all you need is your order ID and email address to retrieve this information again.

Due to health regulations we are unable to accept returns on Jewellery.
Gift Cards and are not refundable.

The Fields of Joy Maxi is all sorts of AH-mazing!
Made in a delightfully soft and flowy Rayon base with an limited edition print. The Caramel floral print is all kinds of fabulous.
This dress ticks all the boxes. A deep Vee, flutter sleeve, full skirt with side splits; pockets and an A-line skirt and an adjustable empire line that allows for multiple body shapes as well as giving you more styling options, allowing you to wear it loose and flowing like a Kaftan, or close to the body for a more fitted look.
This print is divine, a striking limited edition Harlow Exclusive Protea print.
The twist: There is a casing at the empire line with a self fabric tie that you can adjust with ease for the perfect fit.
Limited edition: This style is a part of our limited edition series - only 41 pieces manufactured.
NOTE: This garment has been pre-shrunk & pre-washed. We wash it to take out the shrinkage in the fabric, as Rayon is notorious for shrinking. We want the dress to fit you after wash just as well as it did the day you first received it.
Also available in Dark Floral - do note that the 2 fabrics have reacted differently to wash & their measurements are slightly different, check our sizing page (last image in gallery) for exact measurements.
