Please follow our measuring guide below to help you choose the best size Harlow garment for you.
If you would like a little information regarding the perfect fit for you, refer to the product images; each image will include the models size and measurements for you to reference and compare to assist with your size selection.
Please note that we are a plus size brand, so when comparing sizing with a brand you own, if they are a conventional brand with sizes 8-16, you will most likely need to size down ( ie: if you are a 16 in a conventional brand you would be a 14 in Harlow), if you are comparing your sizing based on another plus size brand, we should be similar. For international visitors: Please note that size numbering is based on Australian sizing standards and will vary in most other countries. Please check your measurements to determine sizing as online sizing charts can vary.

We know you are keen to get your gorgeous Harlow purchase into your hot little hands.
We strive to get deliveries to metro areas between 2-3 days, and regional areas between 3-5 days.
However, we can only assure you of dispatching your order within 2 working days from when the order was received on our system,
Receiving your order is based on Australia Post's standard delivery times.
During sales or promotions, please anticipate a 2–3-day dispatch delay for orders due to increased order volumes.
We use Australia e-Parcel for shipping. Please refer to the Australia Post site for standard delivery times.

Australia Post will attempt to deliver between 9am - 5pm on business days. We currently use Safedrop which means they will leave the package in a safe place. If there is no safe place a card will be left and your order will be sent to the nearest post office.
Please note the delivery times should be treated as estimates only. These times commence from the date your order is dispatched.
If you want your item as fast as possible there is an option of Express Post for a charge of $14.00 for orders under $150 and $7 for those $150 and over. This is the fastest option for sending through the post with most areas of Australia receiving their article in 1-2 days.
Can I change my order once it has been processed?
After you have clicked "Process Payment" your order is finalised and you cannot make any changes to your order via our website. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible and does not allow for any changes once the order has been processed.
However, if you have made an error or have any issues we can rectify it if we get to it in time. Please email us at online@harlowstore.com as soon as you are aware and we will assist you if possible.
Can I track my order?
Yes! When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will then also receive delivery updates from Australia Post.

New Zealand Shipping
We are offer a flat rate of $30 for express shipping to New Zealand.
We can only assure you of dispatching your order within 2 working days from when the order was received on our system and you receiving your order based on Australia Post's standard delivery times.
During a sale there may be an extra day for deliveries to be sent out due the higher volume of orders.
We have been advised the delivery window is 6-12 working days but as always this may be a little longer depending on your location and speed of delivery.
Please note: Any orders $400 NZD and over may result in a collection of 15% GST and fees and a delay through customs.
Once orders arrive, they may be subject to custom clearance procedures, which may cause additional delays. We can't be held responsible for these potential delays.
Harlow is not responsible for potential additional duties and taxes that are applied in the country of delivery. Any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees imposed by the country of delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. Further enquiries can be made to your local customs office.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are shipping internationally.
We currently have a flat $40.00 AUD to ship anywhere in the world (NZ excepted).
We ship with Australia Post International Express.

Our website officially closed on 25/8/2024. As the 14-day return/exchange window has passed in accordance with our policies, we will no longer be accepting returns or exchanges
It's important to us that you love your new Harlow pieces, and that you feel comfortable wearing them.
If your purchase doesn't quite work for you, the return or exchange process is simple. You can follow the steps below, and for added convenience, we offer an Australia Post Prepaid portal for hassle-free postage.
Conditions
You can return any item (excluding Gift Cards) within 14 days of purchase if the item is:
- In its original saleable condition - unmarked, unwashed, and undamaged,
- All labels are still attached to the product (care instructions, size tags, and the swing tag).
Returns that are accepted are eligible for a refund, store credit (for the amount purchased), or exchange (of size or another item).
Preorder Returns
You can return any pre-order within 14 days of purchase if the item is:
- In its original saleable condition - unmarked, unwashed, and undamaged,
- All labels are still attached to the product (care instructions, size tags, and the swing tag).
Returns that are accepted are eligible for a refund, or exchange (of size or another item).
Gift Cards are not refundable.
Sale Purchases
We honour our returns for items that are reduced and on sale, however during Sale Promotional Periods, there may be restrictions on change of mind returns. Please refer to the specific conditions during Sale times.
Faults or errors in your order
If you have received a faulty garment or an incorrect order, please email us and we will help arrange to fix this. The email is online@harlowstore.com.
How to arrange the return
- Email us at online@harlowstore.com
- Tell us the order number that you will be returning and why you are returning (including information about any exchange you may want). We will confirm this with you.
- To return the item, you have two options: 1) Use your own postage to ship it back to us or 2) Purchase an Australia Post label or barcode via the portal by following the link below and completing the steps. This will generate a printable label or a scannable barcode. The cost for this label is $13.10 (the cost will be $14.95 from the 1 July 2024). Please be aware that this service is exclusively available in Australia: Returns Portal (auspost.com.au)
- Prepare your item, either print the label at home & pop it in a post box or show the barcode (in the email received) to your nearest Australia Post location.

The Sara Broderie Ruffle Dress has nailed feminine edge.
With a deep V-neckline, a slimline body with deep ruffle, a soft billowing sleeve with elastic hem that can be worn long and loose or up at the elbow for a more billowing look this dress is just the right amount of edge take your from desk to dinner in an instant. She is also super fabulous for day time chic!
The fabric is a gorgeous mid weight 100% cotton, with a cross hatch open weave embroidery design, revealing a glimpse of skin through the embroidery work, giving the dress a feminine, yet rock chic edge.
This is slightly sheer - through the holes we suggest you wear this with a slip or tank dress or some super fancy underwear (wink).

NOTE: This garment has been pre-shrunk & pre-washed. We wash it and dry it as we know that cotton is notorious for shrinking in the wash, so we have built the shrinkage into the garment to ensure that she fits you just as well after wash as she does now.
